1. Who we are

Agentify ("we", "us", "our") operates the Agentify platform at sticky-ecom-pilot-ai.base44.app (the "Service"). Agentify is the data controller responsible for your personal data. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@agentify.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed credential).
  • Store data: when you connect a Shopify store, we process your shop domain, product catalog, and store settings you provide.
  • Integration data: data retrieved through connected integrations such as Google Search Console, Shopify, and Google Calendar, used to power your agents.
  • Usage data: information about how you use the Service, including feature interactions and event logs.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — only transaction metadata.
  • Content you submit: instructions, feedback, and messages you provide to the agents.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where you opt in to specific features or integrations.
  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide and manage your account and the Service you signed up for.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where we must comply with applicable law.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service.

4. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
  • To operate the AI agents, generate marketing recommendations, content, and analytics on your behalf.
  • To process subscription payments and credit purchases via Stripe.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

5. AI processing & third-party processors

To generate agent output, your store data and instructions are sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers acting as data processors. These include large language model providers, image and video generation services (including Kling/Kuaishou), and cloud hosting. These providers process data solely to deliver the requested output and under their own privacy and data-handling commitments.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers and processors that support the Service (hosting, payments, AI).
  • Integrations you explicitly connect, to retrieve or send data on your behalf.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

7. International data transfers

Your data may be processed by providers located outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, provider certifications, and applicable transfer mechanisms to ensure a level of data protection consistent with the GDPR.

8. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and remember preferences. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

11. Children's data

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated multi-tenant storage. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
